The case of the sliding apostrophe

Sliding Apostrophe Joanne spotted this in a certain local publication, that will remain nameless. The apostrophe obviously can't decide if it should be with "Summer's" or "it's", and ends up getting it all wrong! Reminds me of an episode of The Apprentice. I wonder if Michael edits this particular publication?
